Jimmy did such an excellent job on my hair! He had such a great personality, and very professional. I'm very picky about who cuts my hair etc, but I promise you, you won't be disappointed! Everyone who works there is very nice, and probabaly the best ulta I have ever been to!

I've never been taken care of so well by a salon!!! The entire staff was very welcoming from the second I came into the store and extremely friendly. I was waiting for my stylist to finish up a client before me and one of the girls informed me about complementary services that I could do while I waited. They brought me bottled water and asked if I needed anything the entire time I was getting my hair done. My stylist, Krista, was amazing and I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to see professional results!! She worked miracles on my hair after I ruined my hair from home bleaching. She has 20 years of experience and was able to answer all of my questions and gave me tons of tips and recommendations to help heal my over processed hair. I am truly over satisfied with the service provided at the Chambersburg Ulta and will be returning regularly!
